In an effort to make all of our guests as prepared as possible, we have compiled a few forms for you to fill out and review to ensure your trip is the best and safest possible.\u00a0 Please note that the\u00a0packing lists\u00a0are a general guideline to cover the large variations in weather we see throughout the river season here in Northern New Mexico.\u00a0 Whitewater Rafting in Santa Fe and Taos is open to a wide range of temperatures, rain and rarely, but sometimes even snow.\u00a0 For this reason, we want all of our guests to be as prepared as possible when enjoying one of our many New Mexico Rafting Adventures!<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Guest Questionnaire<\/a>\u00a0can be filled out online very quickly and easily.\u00a0 This form is for all of our MULTI-DAY trips only.\u00a0 Please fill this out completely to help ensure the best service possible during your adventure with NMRA.\u00a0 Pre-existing medical conditions Will Not<\/strong> automatically disqualify you from participating in any of our trips, we just need to know to ensure the safest trip for all parties.\u00a0 Also, please be sure to indicate what camping gear you want us to provide as well as and dietary restrictions or allergies of which we should be aware.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Kayak Questionnaire<\/a>\u00a0is for guests participating in our Kayaking School and Clinic, NOT for guests that have signed up for Inflatable Kayaking trips. Our Whitewater Kayak School offers the latest gear available in terms of boat designs.\u00a0 Each boat fits each person differently.\u00a0 Therefore it is important for our instructors to get to know a little more about each students dimensions and adventure level before the class date.\u00a0 This Questionnaire can be easily filled out online and will ensure that your day of Whitewater Kayak Instruction will be the most comprehensive and rewarding day possible.\u00a0 Please remember that pre-existing medical conditions will not automatically disqualify you from participating, we just need to know to ensure the safest day on the river for everyone.<\/p>\n

There are inherent risks involved with outdoor activities including all of the adventures and activities that New Mexico River Adventures offer.\u00a0 We require all of our participants to know of and acknowledge these risks.\u00a0 For that reason, we require each adult participant to read and sign our\u00a0Liability Release Form<\/a>.\u00a0 For minors under the age of 18 years old, a parent or guardian must sign for them.\u00a0 Please follow the directions closely for this at the bottom of the form.\u00a0Please know that our friendly staff is always on hand to answer any questions at all regarding any of these forms.\u00a0 Feel free to write call or ask in person anytime.\u00a0 Thanks so much for helping us to ensure the greatest New Mexico River Adventure possible.<\/p>\n
